Description

ADC module connects to the Main Module and provides connection for up to 4 temperature probes. Stacked, or daisy chained with up to 3 additional modules for a maximum of 16 temperature probes.

Temp Probe Resistor options:
We default to 1x 1k Ohm, 3x 10k Ohm. 1k is for the oven probe. 10k is for the meat probes. If you are expanding your meat probe capacity with expansion ADC modules then you may want to select 4x 10k Ohm for the expansion modules.

Jumper Address options:
0x48 jumper is for the first ADC module.
0x49 jumper if you are adding a second (expansion) ADC module.
0x4A jumper if you are adding a third (expansion) ADC module.
0x4B jumper if you are adding a fourth (expansion) ADC module.
